These products provide a cost effective solution to this problem. The pads have been called many things:  vibration pads, vibration isolation pads, vibration isolators, machine mounting pads, shake or shock absorbers. Whatever you call them, our products convert the mechanical energy to a small amount of heat energy, and that in effect prevents transfer of vibration at the contact points. Heat causes the majority of damage to electrical and electronic components. Heat builds up in an electrical circuit when there is a poor connection between conductors. Vibration is often the culprit. Vibration can loosen the electrical components, causing circuits to over amp, and ultimately generate excessive heat. The worse case scenario is component failure.
